Cheers and thanks aferrismoon, it's always nice to make a timelapse film. I've just been fortunate enough to get the offer of a short holiday in a nice hut near a very long beach in a few days and by crikey I'm going! I will of course be taking DSLR and video camera for timelapse, as that stuff doesn't stop. Wind, sun, rain probably, and no electricity. Whoopie!

Cheers aferrismoon. At the Met Office site today there is the line: "The first storm of autumn is on its way" This storm, which has winds of 50mph (up to 70 in Scotland)is predicted for Sunday, nicely in time for our first night in the hut. A good opportunity for me to record some new wind and rain sounds by the look of it. The hut should be okay, it's been there for fifty years. Cheers.
