Storm Frank Timelapse
Here is a short timelapse I made whilst Storm Frank was passing through. I was working in a place on the seafront and noticed the great view, so I left my camera in the window for an hour to film the sea and clouds whilst I got on with working. I recorded the sound there as well. The quality of the recording is not brilliant as I was using my cheap video camera rather than my DSLR which records sound beautifully, but it'll do. The problem with a timelapse of the sea in this condition is that it does make for slightly queasy viewing. It appears as if the seafront is actually moving rapidly through the waves, and this stomach churning feeling is only exacerbated by my zooming in near the end, sorry about that. We've had so many storms and winds lately that I've started building aeolian harps again. If I can get them to work I'll post the results up here at some point. Cheers for now.
